One Whiskin per account. First comment wins. Admin approves every name.
Every comment on a Short feeds the town.
Sparkles are what the Whiskins eat. The town uses up a little every day.
Every comment on a Short adds some for everyone. Put a number in your comment, like #18, and that Whiskin gets about three days’ worth.
Nobody starves. A hungry Whiskin just loses its color until someone feeds it.
